Utility Frame & Cover Adjustments
Projects often require utility frames and covers to be lowered prior to roadway rehab operations and then adjusted back to grade once those operations are complete. Below is a sample of the common utility frame and covers we encounter.
Water Valve Boxes
Gas Valve Boxes
Clean Out Manholes
Storm Drain / Sanitary Sewer Manholes
Telecommunications Manholes
Survey Monument Boxes
Collar Paving & Finishing
Depending on the project specifications, JCC has the capabilities to finish the utility frame collars to final grade with a lift of asphalt concrete or finished concrete with additions such as lamp black coloring and broom finishes.
Survey Monument Installations
Survey monuments located within project limits can be disturbed, destroyed or non conforming to current specifications. JCC has the experience and skills to work with your surveyor to install new monument cores if required.
GPS Utility Lid Referencing
Utilizing state of the art Trimble Rover equipment, JCC has the capability to reference accurately the location of utility frames and covers prior to paving operations.
